In recognising the need for better urban homes, the idea is to develop a planning programme that provides a holistic living environment that combines man, building and nature, where one may call a home.

Building

This sense of identity is extended to the concept of the building. The elevation is broken into discreet segments that highlight each individual home making it easily identifiable. The facade is an expression of modern architecture with a play of extruded boxes, extended wall planes and deep overhangs that frame each unit. thus each unit is able to manifest itself giving the impression of being individual bungalows arrayed in a row.

Continuing with concept, every house has an entrance garden providing an exclusive personality and character to the home. Personal improvisation of the entrances will further enhance his individuality and his identification with his home, making coming home an invigorating personal experience.

Each house has a courtyard that brings in light and air into the homes thus enriching the quality of the spaces and the life of its residents. The courtyard as an extension of the outdoors brings in the ambiance of the community garden that connects man and nature.
